I’ve had a range of life experiences which have informed my therapeutic practice. I have lived in many different countries and settled in London in 2012. I was born and raised in Canada to German parents.
I used to work in the private sector and later worked at various organisations supporting refugees and asylum seekers.
I was the former Assistant Clinical Services Manager of the Psychological Therapies Team at Mind in Hackney and acted as both a therapist and group facilitator. During my time there I helped develop and run a successful group called Managing Anger and Difficult Emotions. I left Mind in March 2022 to establish my private practice.
Education/Affiliation: Bachelor of Commerce , MA Refugee Studies, Post Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Practice (University of Oxford), Postgraduate Certificate in Trauma Therapy (The Grove, London), MBACP (Registered Member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists)
